As the wheel of the year turns and we arrive at the Autumn Equinox, join Becky for a nourishing day of movement, healing, reflection, ceremony and connection.
Mabon is the season of harvest — a sacred pause to acknowledge all that has grown, celebrate our blessings, and gently release what is complete before entering the quieter months ahead.
This retreat also weaves in the powerful energy and wisdom of the Dragons.
Working with Dragonheart energy — courage, transformation, sovereignty, remembrance and love — participants will be guided through practices designed to reconnect them with their inner wisdom, honour their personal journey and step into the next season feeling grounded, empowered and aligned.
