We will SCULPT.DEFINE.STRENGTHEN.STRETCH to help you swish into Summer with confidence LET'S DO THIS! 30 classes in total 18 x yoga classes youtube live or complete in your own time! 12 x 20 min classes (yoga for busy bodies) Weekly challenges I guarantee, if you complete every session and jump on the challenges to the best of your ability you will notice mental and physical shifts. I will also give you a few bonus insights into what I do daily and the habits I changed to help me create positive patterns throughout my day and week.
